All you were created to live. Moments in child like faith.
Put your life on a movie screen in front of you . . .
What you see is your creation. . . one thought at a time.
Each thought is energy to create or destroy.
CREATE

The past is but a memory to learn from…you can never go there.
The future is a dream movie you create…you can never go there.
DESTROY
Most use the past thoughts to fret and regret about what coulda,
shoulda, woulda been.
Most use the future thoughts to stress and strive.
It’s your choice to create or destroy?
Thought energy moves out into the world & right back to you!

What ever your choice… your thoughts have a ripple
effect…. energy that effects you first then moves out into
the world to bless/create or blight/destroy.
You pay a great price for unruly thoughts . . .
You pay with Your life!

Thoughts create feelings…energy that affect your choices.
Often thoughts race as if you have no remote control
to stop them or change the channel.
Decision making can be confusing and overwhelming.
A wrong decision can lead you to a path you never
planned. Going the wrong direction can
devastate your life….missing your desired goals.
It can be hard to find your way again.
Can you really know you are making the right choice?
PERFECTLY DECIDE
Zap confusion, doubt, regrets and apathy!

Ask 3 Brain ?’s
1. Is it a need or a want. (Needs are basic to survival. Wants are a desire.)
2. Am I informing myself of options? (Brainstorm all possibilities)
3. ‘Then what…?’ each option.
Practice: (For this exercise…we will practice decisions made in a grocery store)
1. Apples are a need. Potato chips are a want.
2. If I don’t like apples I can choose another option: blueberries or oranges.
3. If I eat blueberries…then what? If I eat potato chips…then what?

Ask 3 Heart ?’s
1. Am I telling myself the truth?
2. Am I present . . . life is but the moment.
3. Am I choosing as if I deserve my Highest Good?
Practice:
1. Potato chips are veggies…healthy! (lie) I can bake a potato …a healthy choice. (truth)
2. Shift your thoughts forward from the Past….Shift back from the Future. Neither exist. Be PRESENT
It’s your life now. God made you only to live, know, be this moment.
3. If I said ‘yes’ confirming each question….I can be confident in my decision and make it quickly.
If I am confused…pick another option and go back through all the questions.
